URBAN EARTH

urban adventures to (re)present our habitat

Only a couple of days now until the walk across Bristol. So far there will be around ten of us, but all going well there will be a map in the Bristol Post which will really open up the level of participation. If you're around and can make it to Bristol check the event listing to let us know that you'll be making it.. otherwise see you at the start.

Breaking Bristol into five equal groups of deprivation the most deprived occupy around 14.58% of the city followed by 27.49% 15.86% 18.40%and the lest deprived group taking up 23.66% of the urban footprint. The route of this walk attempts to (re)present these proportions based on a total urban footprint of 145 sq km.

Images and sounds to follow.
